Parus Nischal - CEO/Founder
Our founder, Parus Nischal, has a strong background in India, UK and USA, with very relevant experience in UK Academy and US College football and the benefit of a degree in Economics with Linguistics. His passion, experience, vision and values drive the success of our organisation.
At 19, due to injury, he was unfortunately forced to end his playing career. He then took up coaching, whilst continuing his degree and helped develop the first women’s football team at his former High School in Pittsburgh.
After gaining his degree in Economics, with Linguistics, Parus worked in the Corporate Tax team at KPMG London. Although the experience was invaluable, he has now decided to return to something that truly embodies his passion.
Roy MacMillan - Partner
Roy has a high performing, well respected blue chip corporate background in the UK and internationally.
While Marketing and Strategic Planning Director in Japan for the global leader in beverage alcohol, he navigated a path through a phenomenal period of dramatic turbulence to protect and develop a valuable portfolio of brands.
Roy is a proven improver, known for his insight, innovation, and communication skills. His approach helps crystallise thinking, sharpens clarity and engages skills and knowledge to influence successful outcomes. He recognises that understanding and motivating people is the key factor for success.
Having played youth and amateur football, Roy has been a grass-roots coach and coach mentor for 15 years. He helps to run a Charter Standard youth football club in Buckinghamshire and understands the individuality of young players, and their development needs.
Roy has particular expertise in planning and motivating for success, and his career experience has given him the world-class commercial skills needed in the modern business of football.
Lewis MacMillan - Chief Sports Scientist
Lewis gained a First Class (Hon) Master of Science degree in Physiology and Sport Science at the University of Glasgow.
He was awarded the John Hunter Medal for distinction in Sport Science, achieving the highest grades in his year.
He was also nominated for the prestigious Ede and Ravenscroft Award, for most distinguished science graduate in the School of Life Sciences.
Lewis’ academic background in research has led to the publication of articles in the fields of athlete load management and injury risk, specifically he is an expert in Acute Chronic Loading.
Lewis has worked as a consultant sport scientist with a range of elite level athletes in Premier League Football, Hockey and Ballet and has most recently worked with the Norwegian Olympic team in Oslo.
His expertise provides a world-class foundation to help optimise player cycle management and physical conditioning. His range of experience and breadth of practical knowledge ensures his athletes are always given the best support possible.
